Our Story

VCSS was born out of frustration. Too often, we saw providers who treated participants like numbers on a spreadsheet rushing, cutting corners, and putting profit before people. Families were being let down. Support workers weren’t given the training they needed. And participants were left without the trust and consistency they deserved.

We knew care could, and should, be different.
