VitalCore is a registered NDIS provider. We operate in full accordance with the NDIS Code of Conduct and NDIS Practice Standards, and hold ourselves to a standard that goes beyond what registration requires.
VitalCore holds Module 2a registration for Behaviour Support with Restrictive Practices.
NDIS Code of Conduct
All VitalCore staff and contractors are bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct, including obligations around honesty, respect, privacy, safeguarding, and the prevention of harm.
This is non-negotiable.
How We Supervise Our Team
Every worker at VitalCore operates within a clinical supervision framework. That means regular case review, structured debrief, and oversight from senior practitioners with genuine specialist expertise, not just administrative sign off.
This isn't because compliance requires it. It's because it produces better outcomes for participants, and protects workers from isolation and burnout in complex roles.

When Something Goes Wrong
We have a formal incident management and complaints process. Every complaint is logged, investigated, and resolved, with a direct response to the person who raised it. No dismissing, no deflecting.

You will never be made to feel difficult for speaking up.
